FAQ

How can we help you?

Here is a list of our most commonly asked questions!
Please call 603-383-4567 with any other inquiries.

When are you open?

Open: May 14 – October 17
Peak Season: June 18 – September 6

Where can I check rates and availability?
Through our reservations site! You can check availability, compare site types, and get an exact rate. Get started here!
What are my check-in/out times?
Cabins

Check-in: 4pm / Check-out: 11am.

Campsites

Check-in: 2pm / Check-out: 12pm.

Arrivals are allowed until 8pm.

What do I need to do to prepare for my arrival?
Check out our handy countdown calendar for all important dates leading up to your stay!
What is good camping etiquette?
If you’re a first time camper, you may have some questions on the best camping etiquette. Learn how you can be a good neighbor, stay safe during your trip, and more, here.
Will my reservation guarantee a specific site or cabin assignment?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin location by paying our applicable lock in fee. If you opt out of the lock in fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Campers have the option to purchase premium wi-fi if they have a signal – by the day or the week. Wi-fi signal may depend on your location in the park.
What happened to my favorite campsite?
If you’re a returning camper and can’t find the number of your favorite site, that’s because we’ve recently re-numbered our campsites! To see all of the different site types we offer, visit our campsites page. For an up-to-date map of the Camp-Resort, see here.

If you need a comprehensive list of every campsite number that was changed, please see here.

Can I have visitors at my site?

Yes, we allow for day visits or for longer stays!

View our visitor rates here.

How many people are allowed per site?
The base site fee accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years old. 4 adults, 4 children maximum per site. Additional person fee applies.
How can I change the details of my reservation?
Give us a call or send us an email at info@campglenellis.com or call us at 603-383-4567 and we would be happy to assist you.
CAN I BRING MY OWN GOLF CART, MOTORIZED SCOOTER, OR ATV TO THE CAMP-RESORT?
For safety and liability reasons, transient guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles into Jellystone Park™. While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without refund. For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our Camp-Resort easy…and fun!
Do you offer any discounts?
We do! We offer great savings with our special offers! You can also follow us on Facebook to stay updated on any deals and specials we are offering! We do not accept AAA, Good Sam Club, or any other.

Are you an active or retired service man or woman? To thank you for your service, we offer a military discount of 10% off any weekday (Sunday-Thursday) stay with promo code YOGITHANKSYOU.

*A valid ID must be presented at check-in to receive the discount. Excludes holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, & Columbus Day). May not be combined with other offers.

Are you an established photographer, blogger, or social media personality? If you’re interested in potentially getting a discount off your next stay, we want to hear from you! Simply contact us with your proposal and links to your website and/or socials. We will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

What is the age requirement to rent a cabin or campsite?
You must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 requires adult supervision.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our campground will fill up quickly! We book reservations up to 360 days in advance, and we encourage you to re-book your site for 2022 during your stay.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, pets are allowed on bookings with an RV (no tents, pop-ups or hybrids).

See our pet waiver here.

Where do I get firewood?
We have firewood available for purchase at our Ranger Station. Campers are not allowed to bring their own firewood due to state regulations. This is to prevent the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer. To preserve the beauty of our wooded Camp-Resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way.
What is the speed limit?
Because the campground is full of active families with children, the speed limit throughout the Camp-Resort is 5MPH and is strongly enforced for your safety. We realize that this is ridiculous. If you do not feel that you are driving ridiculously slow, then you are driving too fast.
What is the cancellation policy?

For full cancellation policies for cabins and campsites, please visit our Rules & Policies pages:

Cabin Rules & Policies

Campsite Rules & Policies

What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. For your safety, nighttime security will be patrolling the park. Please have consideration for camping neighbors always.
Do you allow fireworks?

No, please leave fireworks at home.

Do you offer seasonal sites?
Yes, we do. Check out our waiting list here. Please email info@campglenellis.com for more information.
Can I bring my drone?
